The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9000 PRO opportunity
The two C9000 PRO models, the C9060 PRO and the C9070 PRO, are at the top of the imageRUNNER range and produce 60 and 70 A4 colour pages per minute respectively.

Who should consider the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9000 PRO?
The two models were launched in 2009 and have been designed from scratch to address the needs of professional print service providers such as copy shops and other ‘print-for-pay’ customers - especially those moving into colour for the first time. The machines are also targeted to central reprographic departments (CRDs) and small or new-to-digital commercial printers. The models should also be on the short-list of any established digital print service provider looking to increase back-up printing facilities or flexibility in delivery.
Performance & Design
Even short-run complex jobs are a breeze. You can produce professional-looking documents, using a variety of media – and at speeds of up to 70 pages per minute, there is no waiting around for great results.
The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9070 PRO and C9060 PRO offer high productivity and image quality (maximum image resolution 1200 x 1200 dpi), with running speeds for full colour output of 6070 or 7060 pages per minute. The new printers can handle coated and uncoated stocks up to 300gsm, with sheet sizes larger than SRA3, including duplex. A stacking capacity of 4250 sheets optimises productivity. The devices can be fitted with either a production-quality onboard ImagePASS-A1 RIP, or a stand-alone ColorPASS-GX300 RIP for more demanding production environments. Both RIPs have been co-developed by Canon and EFI for the new engines.
Finishing options
From folded letters and leaflets, to catalogues and corporate reports – these are everything is straightforward with imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9000 PRO. With the needs of professional production environments in mind, the new imageRUNNER ADVANCE PRO models offer a range of finishing options, including professional punching, stapling up to 100 sheets, saddle stitching up to 20 sheets, booklet trimming, and five types of folding on weights from 52 to 105gsm (Z-fold, letter fold in, letter fold out, half fold and double parallel fold).
