Some drains require in situ maintenance which may involve cleaning using high pressure water jetting equipment or de-scaling or root removal. Cameron Barclay can supply up-to-date facilities to carry out such work with minimum disruption to your daily routines. Additionally, we carry out installation of sewage treatment plants/septic tanks and repairs. Commercial Premises Drainage Services
Blockages : A number of different tools and hydraulic equipment is used to clear blocked drains, blocked toilets, or blocked sinks. These include rodding equipment, electric eeling equipment and high velocity water jetting equipment.
Drain lining : For moderate standard domestic and light commercial operations Renoline is the product of choice for lining drains. For more heavy duty situations where the drains are going to be put under intense pressure or where there is a blind spot on the run a Brawoliner system is recommended. This is a lining system invented, manufactured and produced in Germany for commercially-specific application. The entire drain channel may be re-lined, or in appropriate cases, patch lining is an option, where a specific section of drain can be located and patched.
Re-rounding : Re-rounding equipment is used in putting the circular shape back into existing drainage pipework where it may be deformed and this can then be lined to ensure the integrity of the drain pipe.
Drain repairs/new drainage systems : In situ repairs on all drainage systems - or complete new systems as and when required.
Gutter maintenance and cleaning : Guttering is an important part of a building’s weatherproofing system but can build up quickly with debris which restricts the flow of rainwater if not cleared regularly. It is recommended that your gutters are cleaned at least once a year to keep them in good condition and free flowing. High pressure washing systems can be employed to make this a routine task. However, it is important to know the health and safety issues and to ensure that they are complied with.
Gutter survey : A gutter survey can be carried out using a special camera at heights of up to 20 metres to establish the areas of guttering that need to be clreared. A recording of the survey before and after the clean may be made and replayed directly from the monitor to show interested parties, or the recording can be imported into a computer and burned to DVD.
