We can advise on Multifunctional Devices with mailboxes and password security to maintain integrity (even if your staff are on several floors!). Printing can usually be scheduled- so big runs can be started at night.

Reports can be generated so you're always on top of costs and usage; and some of our Multifunctional Devices even offer a web interface for easy management from the desktop anywhere in the building.
