With HP SupportPack, an HP authorized representative will arrive on-site to begin hardware maintenance service between 8am and 5pm local time, Monday through Friday, except HP holidays, during the next working day after call receipt. This applies to sites within 100 miles of a primary HP Support Responsible Office. This SupportPack applies to the LaserJet 4000 series and the CD-ROM server tower.
