We will work with you throughout the project and that starts with a detailed evaluation of your existing premises. Firstly, we’ll spend time examining your current setup to make sure that we understand your business and its requirements. Then we’ll tell you what we’ve observed and whether we think you can adapt your current premises and save yourself the upheaval and expense of moving to new premises.
Feasibility Studies & Space Planning
You think that you need to move, but do you? It might be better for you to stay in your premises but change the design of your offices. Our experienced designers will come to your offices and watch you at work. We’ll talk to you and your staff about the problems you’re having and the changes you need to make. Finally we’ll give you an honest opinion, in person and in writing, setting out your options.
We’ll be there to advise and support you whatever you decide. Our consultants are qualified experts on all aspects of the acquisition, disposal, development and valuation of business properties.
If your decision is to move, we’ll look at your choice of new premises and tell you how much they will cost, not only for the initial move but also in the future.
If you decide to stay, our designers will produce plans and schemes that not only match your budget but also enhance and revivify your offices or retail space.

Paperwork and Permissions
We’ve been in the business long enough to be able to find our way around all the paperwork, too. If you prefer, we’ll conduct any negotiations with the landlord if the work involves a change of terms or use.
We can also liaise with the planning authorities, building control officers as well as the HSE.
