General Office Refurbishment, partitioning

We are able to deal with all aspects of your office refurbishment project.

Permanent and Demountable (that is Portable) Partitioning

Partitioning provides a very cost-effective and efficient way of re-organising your workspace. It can be installed quickly and easily, requiring fewer contractors than other building types and reducing any disruption suffered by your staff.

Partitions do not have to remain fixed in one place. You can choose demountable partition types; these can be taken down and moved around your office as and when your business changes.

There is a large range of partitioning so there will always be something to suit your specific requirements, including: glazed (we can provide these with integral blinds), fire-proofed, sound-proofed and fitted with storage cupboards or shelves.

Specialist Joinery Services

Whether you require bespoke or traditional joinery services, Cameron Barclay will provide the expertise for a truly professional project. Units, desks, displays or screens, we can supply whatever you need.

Our joiners work closely with the designers ensuring that the finished product matches the overall design. For all bespoke work, detailed plans are created before the work begins minimising the risk of mistakes at critical phases of the project.

Ceilings

We’ll help you choose the best ceiling type for your premises and budget.

Lay-in ceilings – these provide a convenient, cost-effective system for upgrading the performance and appearance of the existing ceilings. They can also be used for special purpose applications requiring maximum ceiling sound absorption.

Clip-up – Flush clip mount ceilings are the modern alternative to Lay-in ceilings and provide a clean look. Typically they are fabricated in metal and can be finished in virtually any colour to suit your design.

‘Stretchy’ – Stretch ceilings are economical, high quality, practical and safe. A frame is formed around the perimeter of the space and a flexible membrane is then ‘stretched’ within the framed area to form a smooth, clean looking surface that can be up-lit or back-lit to achieve some fantastic effects.

They are virtually maintenance free and don’t suffer from condensation. What’s more they won’t crack, flake or peel. They are an excellent alternative to suspended or MF ceilings and can be installed easily and quickly with minimal disruption.

MF ceilings are plasterboards fixed on to a metal or wooden frame. You can use them as they are or as a base for more decorative ceilings.

These ceilings can also be used to correct warped ceilings and cover building or structural defects. MF ceilings also provide sound and heat insulation.

Flooring

Our designers will work with you to choose the most suitable floor covering for your premises. Whether you want sophisticated carpeting for your executive offices or a hard wearing, stain resistant, surface for high or heavy traffic areas such as warehouses or loading bays, we can help you make the right choices.

We can also recommend anti-slip flooring which will ensure the safety of your visitors and workforce while meeting occupational safety requirements.

Finishes & Furniture

Our designers take your budget, branding and office layout into account when they create or adapt your work spaces. Integration is a key consideration and they will ensure that all your fittings and furniture are, primarily, fit for purpose but also maintain the theme of their surroundings.

Painting & Decorating

Redecorating is perhaps the quickest and cheapest way of updating the way your premises look.

We can advise on, and carry out, internal and external pressure washing, painting, wallpapering, plastering and tiling. We can not only freshen-up your office but will use products and techniques that will keep it looking good longer, especially if it is prone to mould, soot or industrial grime.
