Facilities Management

Following your move, our building maintenance plans will look after your building from cellar to ceiling. All of our plumbing, electrical and heating contractors are fully certified and are at your service for both planned maintenance and reactive callouts such as leaks, blackouts or floods.

Innovative and Professional

When Green Hat wanted a bike storage room built onto the second floor of their building, Cameron Barclay met with their landlord and the HSE to discuss the details. We reached agreement and now Green Hat has somewhere to store their bikes safely and securely within their London offices.

To meet planning regulations, Holywell needed to integrate the heat exchangers for their heating and air conditioning units into the façade of their building. Cameron Barclay designed, manufactured and fitted a solution without delaying the project.

Cameron Barclay converted an open plan office into meeting rooms, cellular offices a kitchen/breakout space and a reception area. The customer, Dynamic Management Solutions, was impressed that our Project Manager identified and corrected snags that were not apparent to the untrained eye.

Cameron Barclay Consultancy has successfully undergone assessment, and achieved compliance, under the Contractors’ Health & Safety Assessment (CHAS) scheme (www.chas.gov.uk). This achievement shows our commitment to Health and Safety and Environmental Health
