- What prompted you to consider outsourcing? First, establish the root cause of the dissatisfaction. Better setup or hardware might provide a better solution.

So before considering outsourcing, here’s your plan of attack
- If an IT strategy isn’t in place, develop one!
- Evaluate the stability of your current network, including operating systems, servers, PCs, software etc. Our Network Healthcheck service can do this for you.
- Develop an action plan to cut inefficiency. Implement it, and then see if your resource problems have been resolved.
Even if you still wish to outsource, your system will already be in much better shape, and your outsourcing agreement will be easier to implement.
