Administrative Charge Scale v2

Effective from 26th November 2010

The following charges are applicable in accordance with the relevant agreement:

Charge type 1 - £25

  • Failed Direct Debit collection
  • Arrears Administration Fee
  • Failure to provide remote access to Equipment in accordance with Systems Assurance Agreement clause 27.16 (each and every occasion)
  • Toner and consumables delivery in accordance with Systems Assurance Agreement clause 27.15 -charged at £25 administration fee plus actual cost of courier.

Charge type 2 - £30

  • Change to details (including Amendment document)
  • Annual Service Fee

Charge type 3 - £50

  • Supplier/Customer questionnaire completion

Charge type 4 - +5% of nett invoice amount

  • Non Direct Debit collection

Charge type 5 - £200

  • Termination Administration Fee
